It's the same game with a new skin.On it's own it's a decent game. 6\/10. Recommended just because the music on some of the levels is the bomb!. Decent for a small puzzle game, nice background and level design, the controls are a bit clunky, and they do show you what the perks do but it can be a bit confusing if you dont pay attention.. p.s. bought it on sale I'd rate 6/10. Zombillie is a strange reiteration of Millie the centipede game. It's a mix of pac-man and snake all at once. This means that you grow as you eat more dots on the level and you die when you hit your own tail or find yourself stuck. Fortunately, there are special items such as cutting your tail shorter, the ability to turn on oil slick, a siren to go into the wrong way paths, and more. What is unfortunate is that there are no new items to use compared to the original game Millie. There are 3 main worlds and 32 levels in each 8 of which are mini-games. While the game does not stray far at all from the original beyond the change of graphics due to the centipede being a zombie centipede in this game, I still found it challenging and enjoyable. Pick it up if the price is right, this definitely one you will find on sale during Steam's regular sales.. I really wanted to like this game and I hoped it would at least stay decent - it didn't.Zombillie started rather cool - every next level is harder, introduces you to new items and such. Until you reach level (or rather episode) 2. At this moment game is really hard only because you can't see bigger piece of map. Sure, you can zoom out, but it pause your game and you need to wait few seconds until it will go back to normal. This is most annoying thing in the whole game. On high number of maps I spent more time looking at whole map than just running. Don't get me wrong - I like when game gets harder but running, stopping, running, stopping x50 doesn't fits this game at all. And then level (or rather episode) 3 came... which was more easy than the previous two. It felt like there was no idea behind it - "let's just make some more levels and get over it". Really, that part is not fun at all. Music isn't memorable, graphics looks really cheap and controlls isn't great - I want to forget how many times my character turned left/right too early and got blocked or made me run over whole map again and again. Some items aren't probably working fine too, like hatchets. While using the ones that are on map I can see that Zombillie is getting shorter but while using them from inventory - it's almost not noticeable.I got annoyed and angry while playing Zombillie many times, but that wasn't this kind of negative emotions like while playing, for example, Super Meat Boy - instead of thinking that I will try it again later, try it one more time so I can move forward, I just prayed to be over with it so I could uninstall this game. This game isn't interesting at all, it's not worth full, half or even 1/10 of price. Do yourself a favor and find something better to play, please.. Despite the nice looks and the solid advance in the time-tested idea behind this I don't recommend it, it could ruin your nerves with frustration for no good reason. It's a zombie centipede 'snake' puzzle game of traversing labyrinths the optimal way, basically the clone of 'Millie' game by the same devs. It's intended for gamepad play but you can use keyboard as well. A competent snake game to eat all the items through a maze (pac-man without enemies), grow as you eat, and reach the exit without running into your tail, and faster if you want higher rating. You can play in different difficulties that grow your length at different speeds as you eat, and it just blocks the higher star rating & "shoes" collected that unlock new levels. The game runs fine, controls are decent, and had no problems. But in the end, I just didn't have much fun with it, so thumbs down.
